On July 31, 2013, Tony Stephenson, appellant, was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City of conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous or deadly weapon, robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, second degree assault, conspiracy to commit second degree assault, theft, and conspiracy to commit theft.
