Appellant, Ravi Gogna, filed a series of exceptions in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County to the ratification of the foreclosure sale of his home by appellees, the substitute trustees. The circuit court denied all of appellant’s exceptions and ratified the sale. Appellant presents two questions for our review, which we have rephrased as follows:
1. Did the circuit court err in failing to consider recent changes to Maryland foreclosure laws?
2. Did the circuit court err in concluding that appellee did not violate any ethical duty to obtain the best price at a foreclosure sale?
