Local real estate development projects honored

The Baltimore District Council of The Urban Land Institute (ULI) held its sixth annual WaveMaker Awards recently at the Horseshoe Casino Baltimore. ULI Baltimore’s annual WaveMaker Awards recognizes outstanding local real estate development projects, as well as Lifetime Achievement and Leadership Award winners. The projects were selected based on completeness, a sense of place and quality, sustainability, visionary and emulation and a need.
