In honor of Gilchrist Hospice Care's 20th anniversary, 10 of its founding members were recognized at a luncheon. They were (from left) Brandon Gaines, accepting on behalf of his father; Dr. L. Gilchrist Hospice Care holds 20th anniversary celebration

Gilchrist Hospice Care recently held its 20th anniversary celebration. It was the culminating event for the hospice care and support center, and the first of many GBMC Healthcare 50th anniversary celebrations.

More than 100 guests, including 10 of Gilchrist’s founding members, attended the luncheon at Hayfields Country Club in Cockeysville.

Gilchrist Hospice Care, a nonprofit organization, is the largest hospice in Maryland.
