Orlando shopping center fetches $10.1M from Continental

Continental Realty Corp. Fund has gone shopping in Florida again.

This time the Baltimore-based real estate development and management company announced it purchased a in for $10.1 million.

The company announced Friday it had acquired the 126,000 square foot Towne Square Shopping from a private seller based in New York.

The shopping center was bought on behalf of CRC Fund III, L.P. which focuses on value-add retail and multifamily opportunities. The shopping center was built in 1986 and is currently 95 percent occupied and anchored by Old Time Pottery.

Earlier this week Continental announced it had purchased the the Sierra Grande Apartments for in Naples for $44.25 million.
