As a partner at Caves Valley Partners, Arsh Mirmiran is involved in real estate investment and development primarily in South Baltimore and Towson.
“I want to help the city achieve greatness,” he said of Baltimore. “I think it can be a world class city. I think it can get there.”
Mirmiran has been involved in a number of high-profile development projects that are expected to revitalize South Baltimore.
Mirmiran, a partner at Caves Valley Partners developed 1111 Light Street, Riverside Wharf and the former M&T Bank on Cross St
Riverside Wharf development on Key Highway, which was completed last year, and now is in the beginning stages of work on Stadium Square.
Mirmiran said the first phase of the $250-million project, will include residential and retail space and commence later this year. Complete construction of the first office building is set for 2017.
The firm also is putting in a bid to redevelop Cross Street Market in the Federal Hill neighborhood.
In Towson, Caves Valley is behind the $350-million Towson Row project, which will be completed in between four and five years. Mirmiran said he sees Towson evolving into Baltimore County’s urban center.
“I think I work hard. I have a solid vision, and I want to try to create things in Baltimore and leave significant projects behind for after I’m gone,” Mirmiran said. “I came back to Baltimore with the clear intent of helping my hometown become a better place.”
