• Model Apartment

    This is the living space in a one-bedroom apartment in the Equitable Building. Apartments will range in size from 490 to 1,200 square feet.

  • Arched Windows

    The apartment layout takes advantage of the large arched windows from the historic building, which provide a good deal of natural light.

  • Under Construction

    A unit in the mezzanine level is still under construction, but the window will provide a view of Fayette Street.

  • Calvert Street View

    A window on the northeast corner of the Equitable Building provides a clear view up Calvert Street across from the Clarence M. Mitchell Jr. Courthouse.

  • City Hall

    Apartments with a view facing east overlook the dome atop of City Hall. The Equitable Building was Baltimore's first skyscraper.

  • Sign of the Past

    In the basement of the building, there are remnants, like this sign of a Turkish bath, which was an amenity in the office building at the turn of the last century.

  • New Appliances

    Brand new kitchen appliances are just some of the amenities, like a rooftop dog-walking area and a 2,000-square-foot gym, that will be offered to tenants.
