Conaway’s will: 50-50 split between son, daughter

The estate of Frank M. Conaway Sr. will be divided equally between his son and daughter, according to new filings in Baltimore City Orphans’ Court.

Del. Frank M. Conaway Jr., D-Baltimore, and Belinda K. Conaway, register of wills for Baltimore City Circuit Court, opened his estate earlier this week, according to court records. The elder Conaway died last month at age 81.

Conaway’s last will and testament, a two-page document he signed in November 1999, also gives all of his jewelery to his son.

The estate is estimated to be worth $165,000, all in personal property, according to court records. No further details about the personal property were included in the filings.

The Conaway children were named personal representatives of the estate Wednesday, according to court records.

Anyone wishing to file an objection to or claim on the estate has until Sept. 12 to do so.
