Following a January 6-9, 2014 trial in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, a jury convicted appellant, James Hindle, of first-degree assault. The trial court sentenced 1 appellant to a prison term of 10 years, after which he timely noted this appeal.
Appellant presents the following questions for our consideration:
I. Did the circuit court err by permitting improper prosecutorial closing argument and by preventing proper closing argument by the defense?
II. Did the circuit court impermissibly limit cross-examination?
III. Did the circuit court err in preventing Appellant from providing relevant testimony that included permissible lay opinion?
