Second civil lawsuit filed against Rams Head ‘peeping Tom’

A second, potential class-action lawsuit has been filed against the owner of the Rams Head Tavern in Savage Mill for allegedly secretly videotaping women in the restroom.

The lawsuit, filed last week in Howard County Circuit Court, seeks more than $20 million in damages from Kyle C. Muehlhauser and his restaurant, including $15 million in punitive damages. The three named plaintiffs all claim to have been at Rams Head in the first five months of 2014 and used the ladies’ restroom “on multiple occasions,” according to the lawsuit.

The class is represented by The Law Offices of G. Russell Donaldson PC in Crofton. The case is Felicia M. Barlow Clar, et al., v. Kyle C. Muehlhauser, et al., 13C15102863.

A separate class-action lawsuit against Kyle Muehlhauser and Rams Head was filed in early March seeking $3 million in punitive damages.

Muehlhauser also faces multiple criminal charges in connection with the filming.
