Joseph Caudill was convicted, after a jury trial in the Circuit Court for Howard County, of kidnapping and second-degree assault. He later entered an Alford plea to second-degree rape after the jury was unable to reach a verdict on that count. On appeal, he challenges many of the circuit court’s evidentiary rulings.
