Rodney Scaife, the human resources director for Pandora Jewelry, a Danish jeweler with a regional office in Baltimore, was elected chairman of the National Kidney Foundation of Maryland board of directors. Scaife previously held sales and operations leadership positions with Keebler Company, Pepsi-Co and Footstar Inc., and was vice president of HR with Allegis Group, senior director of HR for Freddie Mac, and global HR business partner/director of global HR solutions for AOL. After graduating from Delta State University, Scaife completed an executive education program on strategic human resources at Cornell University. He is a member of the Executive Leadership Council and The National Football League Players Association as well as a life member of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources. Scaife joined NKF-MD’s board in 2012 and served on its strategic planning committee.
