IHOP signs Lansdowne Station lease

The mixed-use Lansdowne Station will now have flapjacks.

The International House of Pancakes has signed a lease for a new restaurant location at the development, joining eateries Moe’s Southwest Grill and America’s Best Wings. The 500,000-square-foot development is owned by Venture B.G. LLC and is managed by David S. Brown Enterprises.

Lansdowne Station is anchored by big box retailers such as a Wal-Mart, Petco and Office Depot. It also includes a three-story, 58,000-square-foot office building that is partially leased by Saint Agnes Hospital.
