Jacqueline Allen Brooks, a senior associate at Saul Ewing LLP, has developed a reputation as a top corporate and finance attorney.
Brooks, 34, counsels clients in mergers and acquisitions, purchases and sales of businesses, commercial finance, private offerings of debt and equity securities, life science transactions and governance issues regarding real estate investment trusts.

Brooks recently received the Alex Fee Pro Bono Award, given by MSBA, based on her pro bono contribution. She also mentors Baltimore City high-school students through Community Law in Action, volunteers with the Homeless Persons Representation Project to assist those that are homeless or at risk of being homeless with having their criminal records expunged and serves as a board member of the Homeless Persons Representation Project and the American Red Cross of the Chesapeake Region.
