Cushman & Wakefield announced Monday the sale of a 60,000-square-foot industrial property in Rosedale for an undisclosed price.
Cushman represented the seller, TA Realty. in the transaction. The buyer of the property has not been named, and the sale price is undisclosed.
The fully leased building is at 8900 Yellow Brick Road on 5.46 acres of land in the Rossville Industrial Park, with access to Interstate 95, the Port of Baltimore and Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport.
“Cushman & Wakefield is excited to trade this asset on behalf of TA Realty, helping them to capture the value they’ve added in leasing the property up to 100 percent. It’s located in a great submarket, and we’re confident that the new buyer will continue to succeed with this property moving forward,” Cristopher Abramson, of Cushman & Wakefield’s Baltimore Capital Markets team, said in a news release.
