“It looks like there is another white dome in the Annapolis State House!” Hogan wrote in a post on his Facebook page. “Thanks to my treatments, I’m sporting a new aerodynamic look. I’m saving time not having to wash or comb my hair, and I don’t even need to shave my face! The First Lady says I’m still sexy.”

The post and photo are the latest update on the governor’s condition. Hogan, who recently completed his second of six rounds of chemotherapy has used social media to update the public on his condition.

He said Tuesday that he believes he is successfully battling an aggressive form of non-Hodgkin Lymphoma.

“I may be losing hair follicles, but I’m winning the battle as we kill cancer cells like crazy. So yes – the new look is a bit of a shock at first, but to me, bald is beautiful!,” Hogan wrote.

The change was not unexpected.

Hogan, in announcing his diagnosis in June, joked about losing his hair.

“You won’t have these beautiful gray locks,” he told reporters

Hogan began sporting a shorter haircut In the days leading up to his second round of intensive chemotherapy last week and was seen in a photo on his Facebook page earlier this week wearing a baseball cap in a staff meeting.
