Criminal procedure — Waiver of objection — Prior statement of witness

Patrick Walters, appellant, was convicted in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City of second degree assault and carrying a dangerous weapon openly with the intent to injure.

Appellant presents the following question for our review: “Did the trial court err in admitting Edgar Hoover’s prior statement into evidence?”
