Anthony Williams, was convicted by a jury sitting in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City of second-degree assault and obstructing and hindering a law enforcement officer in the performance of his official duties. The court sentenced appellant to 45 days of imprisonment for assault, and a concurrent sentence of one year all but 45 days suspended for obstructing and hindering, followed by 18 months of probation.
