Fortune came out today with its list of the most powerful women in business.
Topping the list is Mary Barra, the CEO of General Motors.
Marillyn Hewson, chairman, CEO and president of Lockheed Martin, which has its headquarters in Bethesda, also makes the list. She is No. 4.
Also, making the list: Taylor Swift. At first glance, the 25-year-old pop star is by far the youngest woman on Fortune’s list.
Here is what Fortune says about its ranking:
One trillion dollars in stock market value. That’s what just the 27 CEOs on The Fortune Most Powerful Women list control. But there are 24 more women on our 18th annual list—including a special bonus pick whose name you know already. Read on to see who made it—and who didn’t.
What do you think? Should all of these women be on the list? Who would you add?
