The Baltimore Station, a therapeutic residential recovery program for homeless men – primarily veterans – bound by addiction, announced that John A. Friedel will lead the organization as its new executive director. Friedel has more than eight years of experience in nonprofit management. Friedel has served as the deputy director of Baltimore’s Safe and Sound Campaign where he worked to develop sustainable programmatic responses to improve conditions for children, youth and families.
