A 4,880-square-foot home in Tilghman Island that dates back to 1750 hits the auction block.
DeCaro Luxury Auctions announced the property, at 21642 Chicken Point, features seven bedrooms, a 150-foot pier and 250 feet of shoreline along Harris Creek. The auction is set for Nov. 16.
The original portion of the estate was built in 1750, but the majority of the additions were completed in the 1990s. A recent update was completed in 2009.
There’s also a separate pool house on the property that includes an indoor swimming pool and spa.
“A buyer looking for a lot of natural light and waterfront views will love the storm-grade French doors and oversized windows, while someone who enjoys fishing and watersports will favor the culture of Tilghman Island,” Daniel DeCaro, CEO and founder of DeCaro Luxury Auctions said in a news release.
