MacKenzie Communities LLC, the residential development division of MacKenzie Ventures, is set to celebrate the grand opening of its latest development aimed at Baby Boomers looking to downsize.
The firm will celebrate the opening of Stoneleigh Summit in Towson on Saturday. The development is a gated 55 and over community adjacent to the Country Club of Maryland golf course. The development includes 36 villa-style homes with two-car garages.
“From the very beginning we designed this community with the empty-nester owner in mind. With first-floor owner suites, private gated roads and landscaping performed by the HOA, this community is truly unique and fills the large demand for an active adult community in the Towson area,” Robb Aumiller, president of MacKenzie Communities LLC, said in a news release announcing the opening.
