Monument Sotheby’s International Realty recently named Jean Quattlebaum general manager of the Baltimore-based real estate firm and added four members to its team. Joining the firm are Linda Corbin, Amber Krause, Betsey Winstead and Kate Meyer.
Quattlebaum’s real estate career has spanned nearly 40 years and has included a committee chair position with the Howard County and Maryland Association of Realtors and membership in the National Association of Realtors, Omega Tau Rho. Previous to joining Monument, Quattlebaum was a vice president of career development with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
From the start of her career with rookie-of-the-year honors right off the bat, Corbin qualified for and quickly became a Life member and recent board member of the Real Estate Million Dollar Association. Over the years, awards for superior and first-class customer service, plus outstanding sales volume in the greater Baltimore metropolitan area have been continuous to her portfolio of success.
Krause, a top listing and selling agent in Annapolis, joins the Monument Sotheby’s International Realty team in Baltimore. An exceptional player in the real estate market, Krause has extensive knowledge and exceptional expertise in both land and waterfront properties. She has several multi-million dollar listings under her portfolio, currently including a $6 million waterfront Annapolis property and a $12 million elite Maryland horse farm.
Winstead, a native Baltimorean, worked in the graphic design field before launching her real estate career. She has a confidence in her style to which she can best stage a home and is savvy in her marketing insight. With more than 10 years of residential real estate experience, Winstead’s expertise extends from the Inner Harbor to northern Baltimore County, with additional experience in a few additional nearby counties.
A buyer’s agent, listing agent and home stager, Meyer offers an extensive array of services in real estate. Meyer is a dedicated and proven real estate professional with more than 17 years experience, assisting clients with buying and selling homes in Baltimore city and county. She has called Baltimore home since 1999, working at Hill & Company Realtors as a top-producing agent with multimillion-dollar sales volume annually. Prior to her move to Baltimore, Meyer, an Austin, Texas native, spent her early career in International Marketing and Advertising for The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta. Her marketing background with a Fortune 500 company has been a valuable asset to her real estate career. Meyer is involved in many local school and charitable organizations, including Baltimore Women’s Giving Circle as well as volunteering in various community activities. She is also a member of Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
