Cara Shea Kohler, Julie Cahan and Christina Griffin | MONUMENT SOTHEBY’S INT’L. REALTY

Monument Sotheby’s International Realty, a full-service real estate brokerage firm in the greater Baltimore region, has has added three more members to its  company. Joining the firm are Cara Shea Kohler, Julie Cahan and Christina Griffin.

Kohler, Cara Shea MONUMENT SOTHEBY's REALTYTop producing Realtor Kohler has been a licensed agent since 2001 and continues her 15th year in the industry specializing in Baltimore’s premier neighborhoods including Roland Park, Guilford, Homeland, Towson and the Falls Road corridor. She has a GRI designation, offering her clients in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate. Prior to beginning her real estate career, Kohler worked in human resources in New York City and Portland, Oregon. Kohler is an active volunteer for several Baltimore organizations including Junior League of Baltimore, Roland Park Civic League, Guilford Garden Club, Gilman School and Bryn Mawr. She is the former chair for the Hunt Valley Antiques Show.

Cahan, Julie MONUMENT SOTHEBY's REALTYBaltimore native Cahan has more than 20 years of real estate experience, originally with O’Conor, Piper and Flynn. A top producer throughout her career, Cahan specializes in the neighborhoods from the Inner Harbor to Greenspring Valley. She is active in her community and on several boards including president of her condominium association, a tutor with the Reading Partnership in Baltimore City and assists several departments at Johns Hopkins when called upon to assist with recruiting new department members.

Giffin, Christina MONUMENT SOTHEBY's REALTYGiffin began her career in property management in Baltimore and northern Virginia. In 2003, Giffin launched her real estate profession as a Realtor in the southwest. She combined her passion for real estate and love of architecture and began assisting buyers, sellers and developers with their real estate needs. With a deep love of Baltimore, Giffin returned home in 2009 and landed a job in the meetings and events industry, planning educational courses and a large convention for a world-renowned medical association. A few years later, Giffin began specializing in residential real estate sales throughout Baltimore and now lives in Little Italy. She authors “Charmed by the City,” a blog about Baltimore, real estate, lifestyle, dining and travel.
