Brown, Goldstein & Levy announced that Sharon Krevor-Weisbaum has assumed the role of managing partner. Dan Goldstein, a founding partner, said “Sharon embodies what is best in our firm, and we are very fortunate to have her leading us.” Sharon welcomes her new role and is honored to work with her partners, associates and staff to continue the firm’s work in Baltimore and nationally. Sharon has been with the firm since 2001 and began her new role Jan. 1.

Education:

Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Michigan, Master of Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law

What has been your most rewarding area of law to practice?

Representing individuals with disabilities to ensure that their rights are protected.

If you had not chosen law as a profession, what profession would you choose and why?

I would have been a social worker or headhunter. Funny combination but actually not. I have probably combined aspects of both into my lawyering.

Favorite vacation:

Traveling by moped in Greece, Spain and many an island!
