Arlene Hackbarth has been named clinical director of The Baltimore Station. Her responsibilities will include development and oversight of the residential treatment program and clinical staff at both the West Street and Baker Street locations. Before her appointment, Hackbarth had previously served as The Baltimore Station’s Interim clinical director for eight months. Hackbarth brings more than 30 years of leadership and counseling experience in mental and behavioral health programs to The Baltimore Station. Over the course of her career, Hackbarth has served in a variety of director and psychotherapy roles for residential treatment programs in Maryland. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in counseling from Loyola University of Maryland.
