Bozzutos named ‘Industrialists of the Year’

Tom and Toby Bozzuto have been named the 2016 William Donald Schaefer Industrialists of the year by the Baltimore Museum of Industry.

The museum, which will honor the Bozzuto Group’s chairman and president and CEO, respectively, with the award on June 2.

“As leaders of one of Maryland’s foremost real estate development and construction firms, the dynamic father and son team exemplify the commitment to economic innovation and community well-being that the Industrialist of the Year honor was established to recognize,” according to the announcement from the museum.

The pair will receive the award, named after the former Baltimore mayor and Maryland governor, for the role their company is playing in the city’s “urban renaissance.”
