Top court revives lawsuit against Eastern Shore hospital by former employee

The Maryland Fair Employment Practices Act requires employers to make reasonable accommodations for disabled employees in their current job or, if that’s not feasible, in a reassigned position, the state’s top court has unanimously ruled in reviving a former inventory manager’s lawsuit against a Salisbury hospital.
