Rail traffic returns to Baltimore tunnel after derailment

Normal train operations have resumed in the Baltimore tunnel where a freight train derailed earlier this week. CSX announced in a statement that operations resumed Thursday night in the Howard Street tunnel, more than three days after the derailment.
