Criminal procedure — Mistrial without manifest necessity — Motion to dismiss indictments

In this interlocutory appeal, Appellant Andrew Daniel Baker asserts that the Circuit Court for Cecil County abused its discretion by denying Appellant’s motion to dismiss the indictments after the court declared a mistrial without manifest necessity.
