This historic six-unit multifamily property has steady tenants and could present a solid return on investment.

Baldwin Manor, a 3,928-square-foot bedroom multifamily property in Savage, was built as the summer home of the owner of Savage Mill, a textile and weaving operation in Howard County that dates back to the 1820s.

“It’s a very charming piece of property,” Pamela Webster, the property’s owner, said.

The building is 100 percent leased, and most of the units are occupied by longtime residents. The owners have controlled the property for the past 25 years, and it provides $5,100 in monthly rent.

Webster said she and her husband only decided to sell the property because they felt like it was time move on.

“It’s just so quaint,” she said.
