NorthMarq secures Maple Lawn financing

NorthMarq Capital’s regional office has secured financing for Maple Lawn IV at 8135 Maple Lawn Blvd., a 131,000-square-foot office building in Fulton.

The financing includes a construction loan take out with a 10-year term and 25-year amortization schedule.

“The project had reached completion and the construction lender was taken out by our correspondent life company,” Nancy Ferrell, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Baltimore-based regional office said in a news release. “The Maple Lawn mixed-use community is advantageously positioned between Baltimore and Washington DC and provides an attractive live-work-play environment.”
