JEROME LESLIE ALLEN v. STATE OF MARYLAND

Criminal procedure — Motion to suppress evidence — Terry stop

Jerome Leslie Allen, appellant, was tried by a jury in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County for robbery, second-degree assault, and theft under $1,000.
