Jerome Leslie Allen, appellant, was tried by a jury in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County for robbery, second-degree assault, and theft under $1,000. The jury acquitted appellant of robbery and theft, but found him guilty of second-degree assault. Thereafter, the court sentenced appellant to 10 years imprisonment. On appeal, appellant contends that the circuit court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence.
