First District Rep. Andy Harris, the only Republican in Maryland’s congressional delegation, will conduct a hour-long town hall Friday at Chesapeake College in Wye Mills.

Harris’ office released at “code of conduct” it says the college will enforce at the venue, the Todd Performing Arts Center. It seats about 900 people.
