Contracts — Fraudulent conveyance — Fair consideration
Appellants, Charles Rand (“Rand”) and Greystone Operations, LLC (“Greystone”), appeal from an order of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County setting aside the transfer of a 2005 Mazda automobile from Rand to Greystone as a fraudulent conveyance and awarding title to appellee, Steven Steinberg (“Steinberg”).
We have consolidated and rephrased appellants’ questions on appeal as follows: 1. Did the trial court err in determining that the transfer of the 2005 Mazda to Greystone was a fraudulent conveyance? 2. Assuming the transfer was a fraudulent conveyance, did the trial court err by giving title of the 2005 Mazda to appellee?
