Criminal law — Sufficiency of the evidence — First-degree assault and reckless endangerment

Following a bench trial, the Circuit Court for Carroll County convicted Tyler Evan Breen, appellant, of first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and reckless endangerment.

Appellant raises three questions on appeal, which we have rephrased and consolidated as follows: 1. Did the trial court err in accepting appellant’s waiver of trial by jury? 2. Was the evidence sufficient to sustain appellant’s convictions for first-degree assault and reckless endangerment?
