MacKenzie represents O’Dea Medical Arts Building

The owner of the O’Dea Medical Arts Building at 7505 Osler Drive at the University of Maryland St. Joseph’s Medical Center has selected MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services LLC to represent the owner in leasing the property.

The 100,000-square-foot property has available spaces that range from 1,000 to 6,200 square feet. The building has tenants focusing on such specialties as spine, podiatry and dermatology. The building also is attached to covered parking.

“The O’Dea Medical Arts Building offers tenants first-class medical office space on the campus of one of the region’s most reputable hospitals. We are honored to have this opportunity and look forward to expanding our relationship with the hospital as we work together to ensure a strong tenant mix in the building,” Joe Bradley, of MacKenzie, said in a statement.
