Menick named new KLNB president

KLNB announced that Marc Menick will be the firm’s new president and chief operating officer starting in June.

Menick will succeed Andrew J. Georgelakos, who announced his retirement earlier this year after serving 17 years as the firm’s managing partner. Menick will oversee all of the firm’s operations including leasing, investment sales and property management. For the past 19 years Menick worked for the Peterson Cos. and most recently was the vice president for retail leasing.

“KLNB always rises to the top. They’re a talented group of brokers who are extremely well respected in our industry. Much like Peterson Cos., KLNB is a family. I’m honored and enthused to join this new family. I’m also incredibly thankful to Peterson Cos. for 19 exceptional years and I look forward to continuing our work together for years to come,” Menick said in a statement.
