With changes under the Trump administration keeping lawyers on their toes, Saul Ewing LLP has launched a new blog to keep lawyers up to date on latest developments in compliance and government regulation.
White House Watch will cover labor and employment, health care reform and its relation to employee benefits, infrastructure investment, white collar crime and medical marijuana, the firm said.
The blog will also feature developments in the administrative agencies that regulate insurance, higher education, energy, health care, food and beverage, among other areas.
“Regardless of which party is in power, every election of a new president brings changes in the impact government has on business,” said Earl Adams Jr., a Washington-based partner and former chief of staff to former Maryland Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown.
Adams also serves as co-chair of the firm’s newly formed Regulatory, Compliance and Government group.
“Our clients have expressed a deep interest in staying apprised of how the policies of President Trump will affect their operations and the White House Watch blog is one tool to help them do that.”
Saul Ewing has 11 offices on the East Coast, including a Baltimore office with roughly 50 attorneys.
