Md. health care REIT increases quarterly dividend again

Omega Healthcare Investors Inc., a real estate investment trust based in Hunt Valley that focuses on long term care, increased its quarterly dividend for the 21st consecutive time.

The trust’s board declared a dividend of 65 cents per share, payable Nov. 15 to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on Oct. 31. It’s an increase of 1 cent from the previous quarter.

The company plans to release its quarterly earnings on Oct. 30 after the market closes, and plans a conference call to discuss the results and current developments in a conference call set for 10 a.m. Oct. 31.
