Jenny Thompson, the CEO and founder of SafetyPIN Technologies Inc.; and Frank DeSantis, the vice president of breakthrough innovation for Stanley Black & Decker, have joined SHIFT Society, the world’s only mission-driven, localized, invite-only entrepreneurial membership community.
Thompson began her career by successfully leading the Agora, Inc. company, NewMarket Health, where she increased profits 500 percent in her first year, acquired a skincare company and marketed products to more than 1.2 million people internationally. Using her “blink” style marketing expertise, she went on to establish jENERATE Marketing in 2016 to help growing businesses create magic and is currently focusing on her new tech startup, SafetyPIN Technologies Inc. She earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Maryland, College Park.
DeSantis has worked for Stanley Black & Decker for more than 18 years, holding positions in sales, training, channel management, product development and brand marketing. In his current role, he is leading his team to pursue new ideas, technologies and business models by speaking with startups, entrepreneurs, leading academic institutions and partners for future inspiration. He graduated from Towson University in 1999 and remains involved as an adviser for its entrepreneur and innovation initiatives.
