Greenberg Gibbons lands 2 new tenants for Towne Centre at Laurel

Owings Mills-based developers Greenberg Gibbons announced Monday that Guitar Center and 4J are now open at the mixed-use Towne Centre at Laurel.

greenberg-gibbons-logoGuitar Center, the world’s largest musical instruments retailer, occupies 12,496 square feet in a new building near Panera Bread.

4J, which offers contemporary European men’s fashion including suits and dress shoes, occupies a 962-square-foot store between Hair Cuttery and Smoothie King.

Towne Centre at Laurel has approximately 400,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment.

Founded in 1968, Greenberg Gibbons is a developer of mixed-use, town center and retail properties. The company’s portfolio includes more than 5.5 million square feet of existing and new development.
