Baltimore realty firm nabs Maryland awards

Baltimore-based Continental Realty Corp. won four service awards from the Maryland Multi-Housing Association.

The service team at The Crossings at White Marsh won a silver award in the Service team of the Year category and the team from Doncaster Village in Parkville won a bronze award. Dariusz Dabek won Service Techniican of the year and Just Cronin won the bronze award in the same category.

“Providing best-in-class service is among the highest priorities of our company, so we take extreme pride in these team and individual honors,” Scott Hamlin, director of property management, multifamily division for Continental Realty Corp. said in a statement. “We work to accomplish this by hiring motivated team members and providing them with on-going training to keep up with the latest techniques and technologies.  Collectively, these allow us to maintain our portfolio in peak operating condition and to provide continued value to our residents.”
