Cushman & Wakefield on Tuesday named Peter Stanford managing principal of its Baltimore office.
Stanford’s career at Cushman & Wakefield spans 25 years. He’s previously been the leader of the Global Occupier Services teams and the director of the Baltimore Asset Services team and supported the Capital Markets team. Stanford is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and holds an MBA from George Washington University.
“We have a great group of talented and highly-collaborative industry professionals, who take great pride in their client service and community involvement,” Stanford said in a statement. “Baltimore has always embraced the power of the Cushman & Wakefield platform, and we are excited to build on our legacy of local market leadership and global reach.”
Stanford succeeds David Gillece, who led the Baltimore office for the 14 years. Gillece will “return to his roots concentrating on client facing activities,” according the company.
Cushman & Wakefield’s office has more than 140 employees and completed more than $2.1 billion in transactions last year.
