Md. software firm’s new product bridges CRM, phones

3CLogic Inc., a maker of call center software based in Rockville, launched a product to integrate telephony systems with customer relationship management platforms.

The new computer telephony integration adaptor, called 3C Connect, lets businesses use the telephone abilities of cloud-based CRM platforms without having to replace their telephone systems, according to 3CLogic.

3CLogic’s CTO, Vikas Nehru, said in a statement that the product is aimed at companies who use CRM and who want to migrate to cloud-hosted telephony systems in the long term, but lack a clear migration path.
