Integrated marketing firm idfive has added Courtney Glancy to its creative department as a senior graphic designer, John Frizzera as a senior strategist, Caitlin McCrary as an account supervisor and Ahmed Tarik as an account executive to its creative team.

Glancy has been a Baltimore/Washington area designer for nearly 15 years, serving brands that include McCormick, Southern Illinois University Healthcare, the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and The Bryn Mawr School. She brings advertising, branding and digital/print design expertise to idfive.

In his 20-plus years in the marketing industry, Frizzera has been a copywriter, strategist, project manager, consultant and excelled at numerous other skills. He has worked on marketing publications, newsletters, websites and mass emails.

Born in Baghdad, Iraq, Tarik left with his family in 2006, lived abroad for three years and then came to the United States where he worked, studied and married, all before the age of 25. With his experience abroad and in the states, he thinks strategically and is a phenomenal problem solver.

McCrary earned a degree in journalism and public relations from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and has worked for various media companies in Los Angeles. She helps idfive by designing smart and integrated media plans and finding insights in reams of audience data.
