Md. health care REIT increases quarterly dividend again

Omega Healthcare Investors Inc., a real estate investment trust based in Hunt Valley which invests in and provides financing to the long-term care industry, is increasing its quarterly dividend again.

The company will pay a dividend of 66 cents per share on Feb. 15 to common stockholders of record as of Jan. 31.

The increase of one penny over the previous quarter’s dividend marks the 22nd consecutive quarterly dividend increase, according to the company, which has a portfolio that includes roughly 1,000 properties in 42 states and the United Kingdom.
