Md. vehicle lift maker releases new adapters for mobile lifts

Stertil-Koni U.S.A. Inc., a heavy-duty vehicle lift maker in Stevensville, introduced new fork adapters to increase the uses of its mobile column lifts.

In many applications, users can achieve front and rear vehicle lifting with two mobile columns and the adapters, according to the company. Such a lift uses the vehicle frame, rather than the wheels, as the lifting point, allowing technicians to access the wheel area.

Peter Bowers, technical sales manager for Stertil-Koni, said the new adapters let the mobile column lifts service a broad range of vehicles, including those with low ground clearance.
