SECU rolling out new online banking platform, mobile app

SECU, a credit union headquartered in Linthicum, launched a new online banking platform and mobile app for members.

The credit union worked with Alkami Technology of Dallas, Texas, to build the new platform.

New features in the platform and app include person-to-person transfers, budgeting tools, and fingertip or pin login. SECU also worked to improve other features including bill payment, account transfers, mobile check deposits, and account information display screens.

The credit union plans for all of its members to be converted to the new platform by the end of March.
