Bailey, a 15-year veteran of the hospitality and gaming industries, will increase player development, maximize the casino’s profitability and elevate brand awareness throughout the region. He will oversee all aspects of marketing and sponsorships, including advertising, entertainment, loyalty programs, bus marketing, special events and social media. He will also focus on aligning all casino marketing strategies with the new flagship luxury Live Hotel, set to open in Spring 2018.
Prior to joining Live Casino & Hotel, Bailey worked at Harlow’s Casino Resort & Hotel in Mississippi as the director of marketing, where he successfully led the marketing strategy for the resort’s $15 million renovation and expansion and increased revenue with the creation of the property’s first tiered loyalty rewards program. Before that, he worked for Pinnacle Entertainment properties in Louisiana as the advertising and entertainment supervisor for Boomtown Casino & Hotel and as an entertainment and promotions team member for the L’Auberge du Lac Casino & Hotel.
